KERBL 16163 is the right-hand version and 16164 the left-hand version. Both are narrow, single-edged stainless-steel knives with an overall length of 21 cm. The pair is suitable when the operator needs a familiar cutting direction and precise work with a narrow blade. Confirm the user’s working hand and technique before selecting the version.

KERBL Profi 16805: medium-width double-edged knife
KERBL Profi 16805 is a 20 cm double-edged knife with an 80 × 17 mm blade and a 70 mm cutting edge. The manufacturer specifies special tool steel, a revised blade radius, improved cutting performance and good re-sharpening properties. Reference 16805/1 represents the same working configuration in a different supply unit, so it is not presented as a separate model.
Aesculap GTA310 and GTA311: Danish Design Expert
Aesculap GTA310 is the right-hand version and GTA311 the left-hand version of the long, narrow single-edged Danish Design Expert knife. KERBL specifies an overall length of 205 mm, an 80 × 13 mm blade and a 65 mm cutting edge. The blade uses special stainless steel and the heat-treated wooden handle is intended for professional work.

Aesculap GTA315 and GTA317: two double-edged versions
GTA315 is a narrow 205 mm double-edged knife with a 78 × 17 mm blade and 65/35 mm cutting edges. GTA317 is the wider 208 mm version with an 83 × 19 mm blade and 69/40 mm edges. Both use an ergonomic wooden handle, special stainless steel and a two-stage grind. GTA315 favours precision; GTA317 provides broader surface coverage.
6Cut 16318: a separate mechanical trimming tool
KERBL 6Cut ref. 16318 is a 120 mm disc cutter. It is not merely a faster hand knife: mechanical trimming changes material-removal speed and control requirements. Equipment compatibility, cutter condition and guards must be checked, and the operator must be trained.
