The website operator is LLC LabLog Group, Uzbekistan. We process inquiries from customers, laboratories, production sites, farms and organizations interested in LabLog equipment and service.

What data we receive
Through website forms and messengers we may receive a name, phone number, email, Telegram contact, organization name, interested brand or equipment category, message text and the page from which the request was sent.

The data is used to respond to the request, clarify the task, prepare an offer, arrange supply, training, service support and maintain working communication with the customer.

The website may store small technical data in the browser: language choice, promo banner state, interface preferences and analytics consent. This helps the site work more conveniently and avoid showing the same notices repeatedly.

Analytics and technical data
Google Analytics 4 operates in Consent Mode v2. Before consent it receives only cookieless, non-personalized signals with advertising personalization disabled. Analytics storage is enabled after consent. Yandex Metrica starts only after consent. These systems help us understand useful pages, traffic sources and where the website can be improved.

Yandex Metrica and Webvisor
Yandex Metrica may use cookies and localStorage for depersonalized visit statistics. Webvisor, click map and link tracking help analyze website usability. Request form fields are additionally marked so that contact details entered by visitors are not recorded by Webvisor.

Consent management
If a visitor rejects analytics, GA4 keeps analytics_storage denied and sends only cookieless signals, while Yandex Metrica is not loaded. After consent, GA4 analytics storage and Yandex Metrica are enabled. The choice can be changed by clearing site data in the browser settings.

We do not sell personal data. Data may be used only with services that help us receive requests, process inquiries, run analytics or fulfill obligations to customers.

We store data for as long as necessary to process the inquiry, support the project and meet legal requirements. Access to requests is limited to the LabLog working team.
