Evoteck Srl is an Italian engineering company for livestock farms and agro-complexes. It designs steel buildings, climate systems, livestock housing, manure handling, precast concrete structures and biogas plants. Cowteck is Evoteck's equipment brand for cattle, buffalo and small ruminants.

Evoteck designs and manufactures in its own facilities (50,000 m², robotic lines) and runs the project as one engineering system: steel structure, C.A.V. concrete, climate control, housing equipment, manure handling and energy plants are tied into a single object. The farm concept is 'zero stress' for animals and 'zero emissions'.
LabLog
LabLog starts from the farm brief: direction (dairy/beef), herd size, site climate, what is built from scratch and what is retrofitted. Building, climate and cooling, stalls and cubicles, calf pens, manure handling and — where needed — biogas are then configured. One engineering contractor is responsible for the building and equipment together.
