DairyMaster — Milking Parlours for Dairy Farms

Ireland Milking parlours and dairy-farm automation

LabLog is a DairyMaster distributor in the Republic of Uzbekistan. DairyMaster is an Irish manufacturer of integrated milking and dairy-farm management solutions. Our central focus is engineered milking parlours and 300–1,200-cow farms, with design, supply, installation, commissioning, warranty and service by LabLog.

Company and technology

DairyMaster develops equipment, software management and service as one farm system. The parlour connects animal identification, milk recording, drafting, feeding, cooling and herd monitoring.

LabLog

Customer value

LabLog starts with the farm's operating requirement: how many animals must be milked, within what time, in which groups and with what team. Parlour type, stall count, automation, milk and vacuum systems, cooling and service are then configured.

DairyMaster core direction

A milking parlour starts with farm flow, not stall count

Herd size alone does not define the configuration. Milking frequency, group size, target shift duration, operators, building geometry, collecting yard, cooling and growth plans all matter. LabLog combines these inputs into one engineered solution.

Inputs for a preliminary calculation

  • Current and planned herd size
  • Milking animals and milking frequency
  • Production group size
  • Target duration of one milking
  • New building or retrofit
  • Parlour plan and dimensions
  • Water, power and backup supply
  • Milk cooling and data requirements

DairyMaster’s distinctive 4×0 milking principle

In the DairyMaster system all four teats move between milk and rest phases together. The manufacturer describes this principle as unique and different from common 2×2 alternating pulsation, with a cycle designed to resemble calf suckling.

  • simultaneous 4×0 pulsation
  • more complete milk-out with gentle teat action
  • according to DairyMaster: typically up to 5% more yield and about one minute faster per cow

The “up to 5%” and “about one minute” figures are manufacturer data referring to scientific research, not unconditional LabLog guarantees. Actual results depend on the animals, equipment settings, udder preparation and the complete process.

Official technology description

How the main systems differ

SystemOperating logicWhen to consider it
Swiftflo Cow RotaryContinuous flow on a rotating platformMedium and large farms requiring automation and a consistent rhythm
Swiftflo DoubleOne cluster per stall with group changeoverA productive parlour with a clear loading and exit cycle
Fast ExitThe complete group exits forward at onceWhen group changeover is the main throughput constraint
HerringboneCows stand at an angle to the operator pitFlexible layouts for new buildings or retrofit projects
Goat RotaryContinuous rotary goat flowDedicated commercial goat-dairy projects

Throughput is calculated for the specific farm. Stall count without cow flow, operator work and utilities does not provide a reliable result.
