Public Offer Agreement

This public offer defines the terms under which LLC LabLog Group (hereinafter — the Supplier) provides services and delivers equipment to legal entities and sole proprietors (hereinafter — the Customer) who submit a request through lablog.uz or any other agreed channel.

Subject of the offer

Upon the Customer’s request, the Supplier undertakes to deliver analytical, laboratory, agricultural and technological equipment, consumables, and reagents from manufacturers listed on lablog.uz, and to provide related services: installation, commissioning, staff training, and technical support.

Acceptance of the offer

Acceptance of this offer is the Customer’s submission of a request via the website form, email, or messenger, or the signing of an invoice or supply contract. Acceptance means full and unconditional agreement to the terms of this offer.

Prices and payment terms

Prices are not published on the website. Equipment cost is stated in the invoice issued by the Supplier based on the Customer’s request and agreed configuration. Currency, payment method and schedule are agreed individually.

Delivery and timelines

Delivery timelines are specified in the invoice or contract. Shipping is carried out by logistics companies at the Customer’s expense unless otherwise agreed. Ownership of equipment passes to the Customer after full payment and signing of the acceptance certificate.

Warranty and service

The warranty period is set by the manufacturer and stated in the documentation accompanying each unit. Warranty and post-warranty service is provided by the Supplier in accordance with the manufacturer’s terms.

Liability

The Supplier is liable for the quality of delivered equipment within the limits established by the manufacturer. The Supplier is not liable for delays caused by force majeure, customs authorities, or logistics companies. The Customer is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided and timely payment.

Confidentiality

Both parties undertake not to disclose commercial information that becomes known to them in the course of contract performance without the other party’s written consent.

Governing law and disputes

This offer is governed by the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Disputes shall be resolved through negotiation, and if no agreement is reached, through the court at the Supplier’s location.
