Hygiena · Commercial sterility screening
Innovate
A high-throughput system that detects microbial ATP in incubated UHT, ESL, aseptic and other shelf-stable product samples. It is a finished-product screen, not a surface ATP swab.

Quick decision
Is this test right for your control programme?
Consider it when
Producers of UHT dairy, beverages, plant-based alternatives and aseptically packed products
We clarify before quoting
Matrix and sampling point, target, decision threshold, test volume, compatible reader, control points, frequency and approved procedure.
Another test may be better when
The matrix, analytical target, required limit, time to result, readout format or approved procedure differs.
Best suited for
Producers of UHT dairy, beverages, plant-based alternatives and aseptically packed products
Capabilities and controlled parameters
- The method hydrolyses free ATP, lyses cells and measures microbial ATP
- Up to 96 samples on one plate
- Measurement and result take under 30 minutes after the required incubation and preparation
- RapiScreen Dairy and Beverage hold AOAC-RI PTM certification for the manufacturer’s stated scopes
- Total decision time includes product incubation; “30 minutes” does not mean a complete test without preparation
- The working protocol must be validated for the exact matrix, package, incubation and release criterion
Specifications have been checked against the official manufacturer page.

LabLog
Implementation considerations
Test implementation starts with the matrix, sampling point, analytical target and decision rule. Before supply, LabLog checks reader and consumable compatibility, control requirements, frequency, training, storage and result documentation.
How LabLog supports the project
- 01Define the matrix, sampling point and target
- 02Check the decision threshold and applicable method
- 03Agree the reader, tests, controls and stock level
- 04Prepare storage, training and a working instruction
- 05Verify a trial cycle before routine use
