Hygiena · Production environmental monitoring
InSite
Self-contained screening tests for the production environment. InSite Listeria indicates presumptive Listeria spp. through a colour change after incubation; the range also includes solutions for other targeted tasks.

Quick decision
Is this test right for your control programme?
Consider it when
Post-cleaning zones, drains, hard-to-reach sites and environmental-monitoring routes in food plants
We clarify before quoting
Matrix and sampling point, target, decision threshold, test volume, compatible reader, control points, frequency and approved procedure.
Another test may be better when
The matrix, analytical target, required limit, time to result, readout format or approved procedure differs.
Best suited for
Post-cleaning zones, drains, hard-to-reach sites and environmental-monitoring routes in food plants
Capabilities and controlled parameters
- InSite Listeria screens production-environment surfaces for Listeria spp.
- A presumptive positive may be available in about 24 hours; a negative is assessed at 48 hours according to the instructions
- Incubation is at 37 ± 1 °C in a compatible dry-block incubator
- Grey or black medium is interpreted as presumptive positive
- A screening result triggers the site programme and, where required, confirmation by a validated method
- Sites, frequency and zoning must be risk-based rather than chosen only for convenience
Specifications have been checked against the official manufacturer page.

Implementation considerations
Test implementation starts with the matrix, sampling point, analytical target and decision rule. Before supply, LabLog checks reader and consumable compatibility, control requirements, frequency, training, storage and result documentation.
How LabLog supports the project
- 01Define the matrix, sampling point and target
- 02Check the decision threshold and applicable method
- 03Agree the reader, tests, controls and stock level
- 04Prepare storage, training and a working instruction
- 05Verify a trial cycle before routine use
