Best suited for
- high on-farm storage demand
- limited milk-room footprint
- outdoor vertical installation
- planned production growth
DairyMaster · Milk cooling silo
Vertical storage and cooling for larger milk volumes with less indoor floor-space demand.

Quick decision
Consider it when
Large farms where milk volume is high and milk-room floor space is limited
We clarify before quoting
Herd size, operating zone and housing method, daily load, dimensions and routes, water, power, cleaning and service.
Another solution may be better when
Animal group, layout, capacity, operating method or site utilities differ.

Cooling engineering scope
An outdoor vertical silo suits high on-farm storage demand where indoor space is constrained. The project covers foundation, climate exposure, hygienic access and safe work at height.

We verify summer ambient temperature, water temperature and quality, available electrical capacity, backup power, milking schedule and milk collection. Configuration is fixed only after thermal and hydraulic calculations.
A silo is not selected by nominal volume alone. Geotechnical data, climate loads, collection schedule, peak milk inflow, washing and safe servicing must be engineered.
LabLog
The final parlour configuration depends on milking herd size, milking frequency, group size, shift duration, building layout, collecting yard, operators, water, power and milk cooling. LabLog starts with an engineering brief and never defines throughput from stall count alone.
