In Q7 software 5.2.0.36505, Certified profiles provide automated interpretation, Experimental requires visual review, and None requires user interpretation of data

SalQuant quantifies Salmonella within a validated protocol and matrix; an ordinary positive PCR result is not a CFU/g result
Total turnaround includes sampling, required enrichment, preparation, PCR and interpretation; instrument run time is not total test time
Check AOAC/AFNOR certification, matrix, test portion and confirmation procedure separately; one assay certificate does not cover the entire portfolio
A negative result concerns the tested sample and does not replace sampling plans or batch-release decisions; assess positives under the adopted protocol
