Capabilities and controlled parameters
- Fluorescence microscopy with automatic image recognition
- Counting range: 10 thousand to 10 million cells/ml
- 100 µl of milk is mixed with dry fluorescent dye
- 8 µl of prepared sample is loaded into a microfluidic chip channel
- Four channels per chip; 12 fields are analysed in each channel
- Throughput up to 130 samples per hour when using the chip channels
- Starter consumables are included; replacement kits are stocked by LabLog
